Todd Winner – Project Manager, CEM
Todd joined New Ecology in 2022 as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager he works on green building projects from pre-design through construction, and into operations optimization. This includes providing technical assistance to design/development teams on high-performance building envelope and systems approaches and facilitating compliance with green building certifications and/or regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining New Ecology, Todd was responsible for identifying and implementing energy conservation measures in multifamily buildings through-out Rhode Island and Massachusetts, with a focus on high-efficiency mechanical systems and equipment. Todd has over 14 years of experience in the energy efficiency and sustainability fields and has provided technical support for commercial, industrial, and residential customers across the country who were seeking to reduce their environmental impact.
Todd is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont in 2005
