Stacy Neal – Chief Operating Officer
Stacy joined New Ecology in 2022, and serves as Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees the organization’s internal operations, including human resources, finance, information technology, communications, and internal culture. She also stewards New Ecology’s Management Team, including shaping strategic discussions and decision points for senior leadership, and the organization’s Board of Directors, providing support and facilitation. Prior to joining New Ecology, Stacy spent nearly ten years at FSG, a leading nonprofit management consulting firm focused on equitable systems change, where she served in various roles, including Chief of Staff, Director of Strategic Initiatives, and Director of the Shared Value Initiative. Previously, she also led various research center activities at The Fletcher School, Tufts University, for six years. Stacy holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School.
