Norm Horn – Construction Project Manager, CPHC, CPHT
Mr. Horn joined New Ecology in 2022 as a Construction Project Manager. With over 20 years of experience managing residential, light commercial, new construction, and retrofit projects, Norm provides building envelope and energy efficiency technical assistance to builders, design professionals, and owners at all stages of the design and construction process. Prior to New Ecology, Norm worked at Envinity in State College, PA where he was heavily involved in both the planning and field activities of ENERGY STAR, Zero Energy Ready Homes, and Passive House certified projects. Norm is a Certified Passive House Consultant and Certified Passive House Tradesperson by the Passive House Institute. He holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University.
