Letter From the CEO
As we enter 2026, New Ecology is approaching our work with renewed determination. Now more than ever, we understand our critical role as partners and advocates for building and preserving safe, healthy, resilient, affordable housing and communities. While there have been headwinds, we’re also optimistic about the opportunities ahead.
In this issue of our newsletter, we’re grateful to reflect on our work in 2025, showcasing the scale and impact of our work across multiple states and communities. We’re also proud to spotlight recent recognition of our projects and team members.
While these achievements merit celebration, there’s much more work underway that we are excited to share. From ongoing projects in greater Boston to projects across the Mid-Atlantic, the year is already off to a busy start.
We are particularly excited to launch a new workforce development initiative with support from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center— and we’re seeking input and participation from Massachusetts architects, engineers, and contractors.
We have several open positions we are seeking to fill. Please help us spread the word through your networks! In partnership with peers and supporters like you, New Ecology continues our steadfast commitment to create thriving communities.
Thank you,
Kim Stevenson
