Kevin Collins – Project Manager
Kevin Collins joined New Ecology in November 2021. He has broad spectrum of experience in the public and private building sectors spanning the past decade, with a foundation in sustainability and green building. As Project Manager, Kevin manages green building projects from pre-design through construction to operations optimization, involving facilitation and documentation of adherence to best practices and certifications and regulatory requirements. His responsibilities include managing LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, and ENERGY STAR certifications, as well as green building zoning compliance. Prior to joining New Ecology, Kevin managed the grant funding mechanisms for a wide portfolio of green new construction projects and energy-efficient critical system renovations in public school buildings across the state. He has also performed over 1,000 residential energy audits in eastern Massachusetts. He holds a Master’s of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Environmental Studies.
