Alina Michelewicz – Principal Director of Finance
Alina joined New Ecology in June 2022 and is now our Principal Director of Finance. Prior to NEI, she worked at Koya Leadership Partners, an executive search firm for mission driven organizations where she led the finance and administration team for six years. Her focus was on sound financial management and leading efficient growth of the organization through its acquisition. Alina has also worked in property management and the non-profit sector.
She has a Masters of Arts in Community Development and Planning from Clark University.
