Rob joined New Ecology in 2026, where he serves as the organization's Energy Auditor & Contracting Specialist, bringing a dedicated focus on contractor infrastructure to NEI's residential decarbonization work. His work spans energy audits, contractor capacity-building, and workforce development. He brings structure and strategy to the contractor relationships of the organizations NEI serves. He leads development of systems, trackers, and operational infrastructure that support organizational growth and economically sustainable outcomes.
Rob was born into the construction industry through his family's residential remodeling company, where he spent years working in Philadelphia row homes before shifting his focus toward procedure development helping scale the company's capacity. At Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, he led whole home repairs as a project manager, founded & chaired their subcontractor onboarding committee, and was featured as a speaker at the 2026 Building Hope Luncheon. Across both small business and nonprofit environments, Rob has built a reputation for identifying new opportunities and launching programs where none previously existed.
Rob believes when organizations have the right systems in place, their contractors stop being a bottleneck and start becoming a growth engine. Connecting the right people to the right opportunities and delivering better outcomes for all involved.
