LEED Green Associate

Michelle joined New Ecology in 2016, where she now leads the organization’s marketing and communications efforts, working with each division to plan and create various media promoting project completions, announcing green building certifications, explaining technical concepts, and more. In 2024, she successfully launched the BuildingWell podcast, which she produced and co-hosted. Prior to joining New Ecology, she worked in various roles in the energy efficiency industry, focusing on program analysis and delivery. She loves that her role allows her to share exciting and innovative work that benefits local communities and promotes sustainability. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading and listening to music, as well as channeling her creative energies into songwriting and composing.
