Justin Iovenitti – Senior Energy Engineer, RA, BPI Multifamily, LEED AP BD+C
Mr. Iovenitti joined the New Ecology team in 2019 and brings with him over 15 years of building performance experience. He is a registered architect in Maryland who spent seven plus years in the architecture field as a designer focusing on adaptive reuse and higher education projects. He has performed over 300 energy audits of various property sizes and types including diagnostic testing. Prior to joining New Ecology, Mr. Iovenitti served as the lead on numerous whole building commissioning efforts in the mid-Atlantic for projects up to 1.5 million gross square feet. His clients included Fortune 500 corporations, nonprofit entities and private developers. As project manager, Mr. Iovenitti acted as a bridge between the design, construction and operations teams. He holds LEED AP BD+C accreditation and is co-chair of the Building Enclosure Council of Baltimore (affiliated with AIA Baltimore and the National Institute of Building Sciences).
