Green Building Services

Our Green Building Services team works with developers and project teams from early design through construction, testing, project closeout, final certification, and move-in.
We serve as the sustainability consultants, raters, and verifiers on new construction, significant rehabilitation, and projects pursuing green building certification. Our team brings building science expertise into the project early, helping teams make informed design decisions, carry those decisions through construction, identify challenges before they become costly, and verify building performance through testing and certification. Our staff hold certifications across a multitude of green building rating systems and stay engaged throughout multi-year projects. By combining technical assistance with training and hands-on coordination, we help project teams build knowledge they can carry into future projects.
