Elisa Lanzutti, Project Manager

Elisa joined New Ecology in 2026 and serves as Project Manager in the Mid-Atlantic Green Building Department. Elisa oversees affordable multifamily developments from conceptual pre-design through completion within the Delaware Area. In this role, she guides multidisciplinary project teams through regulatory requirements, sustainable construction best practices, and green building certification processes, including LEED, Passive House, ZERH, and Enterprise Green Communities.

Prior to joining New Ecology, she established and ran her architecture firm focused on residential and small commercial projects providing direct client consultations, architectural design expertise & technical construction site visit service. She promoted healthy living and environmentally sustainable design approaches (Phius, Energy Star, LEED) as part of her design service.

In her community, Elisa served for 4 years as appointed member of the Environmental Advisory Council under the Conshohocken Borough, where she extensively worked with local municipalities on energy efficiency strategies and electrification policies to develop, advocate and adopt “Clean Energy Resolutions”; and to promote Green Communities Certification.

Elisa is a Registered Architect in Pennsylvania and holds NCARB certification. She is also a LEED Green Associate and a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC), reflecting on her commitment to sustainable design practices. Elisa earned a Master of Architecture (MArch) from Università degli Studi di Trieste in Trieste, Italy.

In her spare time, Elisa enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their dog, Caramel. Elisa is a traveler by nature whose suitcase is always packed and ready for the next adventure. She loves sharing quality time with friends and cooking Italian food for them. Catch Elisa after yoga or meditation, that’s when she’s at her best!
