Chloe joined New Ecology in 2026, and serves as Energy Engineer, where she supports the decarbonization of existing multifamily buildings in the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, she performs energy calculations to determine energy savings and costs, works with relevant trade contractors to upgrade the properties, and assesses post retrofit energy savings. Prior to joining New Ecology, she was a building consultant, developing energy models, providing passive house consulting, as well as design and construction support to ensure energy savings, health and safety, and design intent. Chloe earned her master’s degree in Sustainable Building Systems at Northeastern University.
