Ryan Montoni – Project Manager, LEED AP BD+C/HOMES/O&M, CPHC
Mr. Montoni joined New Ecology in November 2020. He has almost a decade of experience working with design teams to manage sustainability efforts for commercial and institutional real estate development projects in New England and beyond. At New Ecology, Ryan is primarily responsible for managing the LEED and Passive House process for multifamily developments. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Science, three LEED accreditation and is a Certified Passive House Consultant. Throughout his career, Ryan has managed sustainability for over 30 large projects, including two high-rise residential towers, institutional and higher-ed lab science buildings, and a sports arena.
A Boston transplant originally from Baltimore, Ryan enjoys a plethora of outdoor activities including snow sports, backpacking and fishing with his French bulldog, Floyd. He is committed to making a positive impact on the built environment by helping clients to better understand the balance between economic, environmental and social costs of their projects and portfolios.
